About Lee Tuchfarber

With an industry background extending more than 15 years, Lee Tuchfarber serves as CEO of Renew Senior Communities, LLC, and oversees an innovative firm that maintains locations in the Glenwood Springs, CO and the family-friendly Aurora, CO, neighborhood of Saddle Rock. At the Aurora, CO, location, Lee Tuchfarber has created a welcoming environment with compassionate caregivers and advanced dementia care facilities. Courtyard gardens are taken care of by residents, who are also encouraged to attend in other activities such as chef competitions.

Mr. Tuchfarber earned his philosophy degree at the University of Minnesota, and pursued real estate finance studies at the University of St. Thomas. He began his career in the large-scale retail development sphere with Colliers International, where he was tasked with leasing, sales, and site selection. He subsequently developed a number of senior housing projects spanning the Midwest.
